A good part of my law practice is creating entities and then acting as general counsel for those entities.

As an example.  I will organize a limited liability company, a partnership or a corporation.  This entity then will have need of legal counsel from time to time in drawing up contracts, agreements, purchasing or selling a business, collecting invoices, etc.

My 45+ years of experience enables me to give sound advice to the new entity in all areas of business.  I have advised on obtaining trademarks, patents and otherwise protecting intellectual property.  Have drawn up innumerable contracts and all sorts of agreements to protect and further the interests of the entity.

In this day and age, having an attorney that one can call who will give immediate attention to the issue is a necessity.
