I form Limited Liability Companies, which is the preferred choice today over corporations. \u00a0Generally, if investors want to take a company public it must be organized in the corporate form as this is the form required by the Securities and Exchange Commission so that shares can be issued from the company.<\/p>\n

See also Series LLC’s which I believe will soon become the dominant form of LLC’s as it provides great flexibility to form “subsidiary” entities under the “parent entity”.<\/p>\n
